FeedbackExpress offers a collection of pre-built campaigns that you can use, or you can choose to build campaigns of your own.
In this help file, we will run you through the basics of creating your own winning FeedbackExpress campaign(s).
From the top menu, select Campaigns > Add New Campaign (Green button) > From a blank campaign.
Crafting Your Message:
The first steps in creating your FeedbackExpress campaign is to choose which marketplace your campaign is aimed for and write the message your customer will see.
Please note: If you have multiple Amazon marketplaces you will need to create a campaign for each one of your Amazon marketplaces. If you want the same message on each, you can simply duplicate the campaign once you have completed setting the first one up.
When you begin crafting your message you will need to set your Goal Type. The Goal Type determines what outcome you are looking for from your Campaign, it could be seller feedback or products reviews etc... Learn more about Goal Types.
While you are crafting your message you can make use of FeedbackExpress' unique suite of 'Smart Tags'. These tags allow you to take data and automatically insert it into your email.
Some useful Smart Tags might be the date of the customer's order, what they ordered or even your company logo!
Once you've finished crafting your message you can preview it in your browser or send yourself a test email.
Fine-tuning Your Audience:
When you're happy with your message, it's time to determine who will and who won't get it. Across these parts of your Campaign, you can choose when to send your message and who to send it to. You can see for yourself the more detailed options available on the Campaigns screen and more detailed explanations of what each setting does by selecting the 'More Info' button below each setting.
For example, in here we set the campaign to only send emails for orders of SKU A.
Using Test Mode:
Once you've completed your message it's time to activate it in Test Mode. In Test Mode, you can let your campaign run as if it's "LIVE," without having to worry about real messages being sent to your customers. This will allow FeedbackExpress to display who would receive the message before you decide to go ahead and send it out to your customers.
You'll be able to see the test messages in the pending tab and consult each message by hovering on their subject. Once you are ready, you can set your Campaign to Live or you can even set a future start date for it to be activated on.
For example, campaigns tailored to seasonal events such as Christmas or Summer Sales can take advantage of this feature.
