Within FeedbackExpress we provide you with pre-generated templates that you can use when you want to get your campaigns up and running as quickly as possible. These templates have been created and tested by our professional copy-writer team!
Were you aware that we also provide templates for all supported international marketplaces in their own language? This can really help you reach out to a larger volume of customers even if they do not share the same language as yourself.
So, how is this done?
Example: Say you have linked you Amazon FR and Amazon DE channels to FeedbackExpress and want to set up a campaign in the marketplaces language, i.e. French for Amazon FR and German for Amazon DE. The first thing you will do is navigate to your Campaigns screen and select 'Add a new campaign' drop-down menu. From this menu, you will then select 'From a template'.
Once the next screen loads you can select your campaign of choice by clicking on 'Use this template':
Now the template screen will pop up. Everything so far has been pretty standard for setting up your campaign. So, the next step to take would be to select the marketplace you want to use. By default, the language set will always be English. This is where things differ from setting up your standard campaign.
Under the 'Choose your channel' tab you will be able to select the marketplace you want to set up. In this example, we will use Amazon DE (Germany).
Once you have selected the marketplace, a pop-up box will appear to notify you that the text in the campaign will be changed:
The text in your message will automatically change from the existing message to the new text.
You can always return to this tab and select a different marketplace which will change the language within the campaign message.
Note: If this option is selected it will load a fresh template. Any changes you may have made to the existing template will be replaced by the default message.
FeedbackExpress does not translate the message you have written, it only loads in the templates that we provide. You are more than welcome to amend the message to your liking. Just remember that you will need to translate your messages yourself.
Once you are happy with the new template, simply hit 'Save' and proceed to add your conditions for when to send your email and which products the campaign applies to.
