In order to reference and explore your feedback, we offer a number of filters and search options to make it as easy as possible to find the right feedback or type of feedback.
The top buttons allow you to switch between displaying Positive, Neutral, or Negative Feedback. You can also search to display feedback for specific orders or from certain buyers. Finally, you can also filter your feedback by 'Channel', 'Campaign' and 'Feedback Status' by using the drop-down.
Please note: if you wanted to see all details about your seller feedbacks (Order ID, Buyer Name, Product ordered etc..), you will need to complete the Advanced Positive Feedback Integration.
