FeedbackExpress makes it easy for you to review and filter your feedback so you have a good idea of where it's coming from and what customers are saying about you. Using the 'Feedback' screen (Feedback on your menu) you will get a list of your most recent feedback.
Using this screen, you can search for feedback from specific orders/buyers by selecting one of our pre-built filters.
The feedback screen also allows you to deal with any negative feedback left by customers, highlighting those you still need to take action on. Learn more about dealing with negative feedback here.
Please note: if you wanted to see all details about your seller feedbacks (Order ID, Buyer Name, Product ordered etc..), you will need to complete the Advanced Positive Feedback Integration.
