Currently, FeedbackExpress will download tracking information for FBA orders only (when available).
Once the order has been marked as 'dispatched' by Amazon, we download the tracking number and allow you to use it in your campaign.
Your campaign will then use the delivery date from the tracking information to determine when to send messages to your customers (if the delivery date setting is used).
If your order is MFN or if Amazon have not supplied a tracking number, we will then use the longest expected delivery date as your delivery date. For example, if your delivery can be 5-10 days, your delivery date will be 10 days after dispatch.
