The Feedback section of your dashboard is split up into 3 sub-sections, each putting a separate spotlight on your feedback:
Overview:
Review your total feedback per star rating. Use this to see how much work you have to put in in order to improve your feedback. If customers are giving you 2 stars rather than 1, it might take a smaller change in your process to bring them up to 3- or 4-stars reviews.
To the right, you'll also see a chart of your positive, negative and neutral feedback. Any sudden changes may indicate you need to review your campaigns or recent feedback.
Please note: The time period of the data in the Overview section is controlled by the date range at the top of your Dashboard.
Most recent feedbacks:
This section lets you see your most recent Positive, Neutral and Negative feedback. You can also take action here to get feedback removed by Amazon if it's undue.
