Is there a discount for multiple FeedbackExpress accounts?
You can have multiple Amazon accounts within the one FeedbackExpress account, however, if you require more FeedbackExpress accounts, this can be arranged and a discount may be available. This will be based entirely on your needs and is reviewed on a case by case basis. If you require multiple FeedbackExpress accounts please contact Support via email.

Do I get billed for emails when a Campaign is in Test Mode?
FeedbackExpress will only count emails which are 'sent' while a campaign is live. This means that you will not be charged for any emails generated by a campaign which is currently in Test Mode.
What payment methods does FeedbackExpress accept?
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, with FeedbackExpress you can pay by bank transfer. FeedbackExpress allows you to pay by bank transfer if you're paying 12 months in advance.
- The business name for your invoice.
- Your business address.
- Your contact telephone number.
- Your desired plan (e.g. 2,500 emails).
- VAT Number (if applicable).
What is a Foreign Payment Fee?
FeedbackExpress is a UK based company. If you're based elsewhere in the world, your bank may charge a small additional fee for transactions to other parts of the world.
What happens if I miss a payment?
When you enter your details for the first time, your card will be charged 2p. This charge is to verify your card details are correct. Once your card details have been verified we void this payment so it never comes out of your bank account.
FeedbackExpress requires a CSV number to process payments. You need to use a card with a CSV number, which can be found on the back of your credit/debit card.
