Once your account is linked, next we need to set your Preferences.
Default Email Address
Here you will set the email address you use to log into your Amazon Seller Central Account and the email address that will be used for your test emails and negative feedback emails.
Negative Feedback Notifications
Here you can enter your telephone number (optional) and email address to receive negative feedback and negative review notifications. Make sure to include the details of someone who can react quickly, as the sooner the negative feedback/review is dealt with, the greater the chance that the customer will remove it.
You can also set a schedule for when you want to receive messages.
Note: there are country restrictions with our current text message service provider. If you're not getting the text messages feel free to contact our Support Team via email and they'll check this for you.
By default, we will put customers who give you negative seller feedback onto the blacklist to stop them from getting additional emails. You can turn this off here though if you prefer, although we recommend leaving this set.
