To get started with FeedbackExpress you need to go through five steps.
Once you finish the setup of your test email and your preferences, you will be able to start your first campaign with FeedbackExpress.
If you have chosen to set up a campaign using one of our templates you can edit the generic message within to make it more personal.
- Make the email as personal as possible and remind the buyer that you're an independent seller who is focused on their satisfaction. Tell them feedback is important to you.
- Sign off the email with your first name and let them know you're the head of the business in some way.
- Always put your company logo in your emails.
