When trying to view this account's Positive Feedback, FeedbackExpress received a 'Forbidden' message from Amazon.This is usually due to some permissions not being granted correctly during the linking process.
To ensure you can view all your feedback within FeedbackExpress, can you please login to your account (https://app.feedbackexpress.com/) and carry out the short linking step again.
The full process for feedback integration may not have been completed.
This can easily be rectified. The first thing you want to do is log into your Seller Central account. Once you are in your account, hover over your Settings and click on User Permissions.
Once you are on your User Permissions screen, scroll down to the Current Users section and click on your Manage Permissions screen.
The reason we would be receiving the email stating your feedback is forbidden would be due to the permissions not being set correctly.
Once you click on this button you will be presented with a view of all your user permissions. Scroll down to your Reports section. Within this section, you will see four tick options for the following settings: NONE, VIEW, VIEW & EDIT, ADMIN.
You would receive an email if you have not set the Feedback to the View setting. You want to tick the button highlighted by the green arrow in the following image. If the button indicated by the red arrow is ticked then the process has not been fully completed.
Once this has been done you can scroll down and hit Continue. Then return to your channels screen on FeedbackExpress and complete the setup process shown here:
