A great campaign option that you could set up within your FeedbackExpress account would be to send a product review request once a customer has left positive seller feedback.

To do this, you would need to set up a 'Feedback Request' campaign first, then you can create a 'Product Review' campaign.
Once this has been done, simply edit the 'Product Review' campaign and select the following options:
Set send this message to immediately and then select Positive Feedback Left from the drop-down to the right beside 'after the order is...'
With this option enabled, you will be only sending Product Review requests once the customer leaves Positive Seller Feedback.
You can also set to send X number of days after delivery, but if positive seller feedback is left, send the email now.
Another alternative you can use is the [#thank-you-for-feedback:#] smart tag in your product review campaign, that way it will automatically display the following message whenever a positive seller feedback has been previously left: Thanks so much for leaving a positive feedback on Amazon for us. It's greatly appreciated.
If no positive seller feedback has been left, it won't show anything.
