Within your FeedbackExpress account, you’ll have plenty of different ways to preview what your messages will look like or check what emails have been sent to your customers. This help file will review them now.
Sending a test message:
When you’ve set up your campaign, you might want to send a test message to yourself to see how the message would look like. This is possible with FeedbackExpress via the ‘Message’ tab in your Campaign:
Note: when you send yourself a test message, the data contained in the email will be generic and won’t display your data. This is because the Campaign screen is available to use whenever initial imports are still running so we don’t have access to your data in some cases.
A test message will show you what your message would look like:
If you’re happy with it, then you’ll be able to put your campaign in Test mode and preview all messages that will be sent to your customers (including your own customer’s data) without actually sending them.
Previewing emails in Test mode:
Once you put your campaign in Test mode, it will take a couple of minutes for emails to show in the ‘Pending’ section of the campaign screen. You will then be able to preview each message that is due to be sent by clicking on the Email Subject:
If you’re happy with what you see, feel free to put your campaign LIVE, so these emails will be sent to your buyers. If not, simply go back to your campaign and edit the message.
Checking the messages that have been sent:
Whenever your campaign is LIVE, you will be able to easily check all emails that have been sent directly in FeedbackExpress under the ‘Sent Messages’ tab. Again, simply click on the subject of your emails to preview them easily on screen:
