If you tried to set up the SMS notifications for negative feedback but you didn't receive the verification code, please find below the most common reasons:
- Verify the phone number: please check that the number you entered is correct and entered in the correct format.
- You are entering a landline number: We're unable to send messages to landline telephone numbers so you need to enter a cell/mobile number.
- You've selected the correct country: When entering your phone number you need to choose the correct country from the list to the left of the field.
- There's a mobile network issue: make sure that you have a good reception where you are.
- Your location is not yet available for text message notifications: don't hesitate to check with our Support Team if your location is supported by our message provider.
- Try again later: If you're still having trouble skip this step and come back later to try again.You can enter your cell/mobile number at any time.
