If for any reason you need to switch your Amazon marketplace to a new or different marketplace, you can do this within FeedbackExpress.
Click on 'Channels' then hover over your Amazon marketplace until you see the icon appear and then select 'Edit channel'.
On the pop up you can then click where is says change here under 'Need to unlink this account and link to a different Amazon account?'
You can then tick the box where it says I understand the above information and wish to continue to unlink my current Amazon account and link a different Amazon account to FeedbackExpress and then click on Proceed.
Please note: There is no way to reverse this process.
Next, you simply link the new Amazon marketplace to your account on the pop-up screen by logging into Amazons Marketplace Web Service, (Option 1) and follow the instructions in Step 2 and Step 3 and click Save.
Within a few hours, FeedbackExpress will then have downloaded your orders, products etc... from the new Amazon account. Once all the data is downloaded you can start sending emails again.
