The FeedbackExpress dashboard charts are perfect for giving you a birds-eye view of your recent feedbacks and reviews. The following data is shown on and above the chart:
Seller Feedbacks:
Orders: The number of orders you have received across your channels.
Messages sent: The number of messages you have sent to your customers.
Positive feedback: The number of 4/5 star feedback you have received.
Neutral feedback: The number of 3 star feedback you have received.
Negative feedback: The number of 1/2 star feedback you have received.
Clicking on any of the numbers at the top of the chart will return a list of these. You can also control the time period the data is shown for by clicking the calendar icon on the top left of the chart.
Product Reviews:
ASINs being tracked: The number of ASINs you have chosen to track.
Messages sent (for ASINs being tracked): The number of messages you have sent to your customers for the ASINs you chose to track.
Positive reviews: The number of 4/5 star product reviews you have received.
Neutral reviews: The number of 3 star product reviews you have received.
Negative reviews: The number of 1/2 star product reviews you have received.
