You can edit your time zone settings by selecting 'Settings' and 'Timezone' in your FeedbackExpress account.

FeedbackExpress lets you control the timezone your account is set to, so there is no confusion over when your messages have been sent to customers. This will then show the time your messages were sent at, in accordance to your timezone so that your entire message history will be based on your own time. Once you change your time zone, all the times within FeedbackExpress will show your local time.
You just have to click on the drop-down menu to find your own time zone and click 'Save' when it shows your current local time on screen.
Note: If you're unsure of what time zone your account is set to, we will display the time in the time zone currently selected so you can be sure it's the same.
