Your Preferences screen allows you to set some extra important details to allow you to make the most out of FeedbackExpress. Here you set the following,
Your company logo:
Our Youtube channel provides a video guide.
You can upload your company logo so it will automatically be added to your campaign emails. Any changes to your logo here will then apply to your campaigns without you having to edit each one by one.
Default email address:
You can set the email address that will be used for your test emails and negative seller feedbacks/product reviews emails in this section.

Negative seller feedbacks/product reviews notifications:

Here you can enter your telephone number and email address that you want your negative feedback/review notifications to go to. Make sure to include the details of someone who can react quickly, as the sooner the negative feedback or review is dealt with, the greater the chance that the customer will remove it.
You can set a schedule for when you receive messages so you are not notified of negative feedback/review, for example, overnight if you don't want to.
Negative feedback on the blacklist:
By default, we will put customers who give you negative seller feedback onto the blacklist to stop them being sent additional emails. You can turn this off here if you prefer.
