How to add an attachment in my emails?

Within your FeedbackExpress campaigns, you will be able to add a file up to 7MB to include PDF instructions for example.

You can easily attach the file when editing the campaign, at the bottom of the screen:

Please note: file types are restricted to the following: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .psd, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx
