When you start with FeedbackExpress, we will display very basic information regarding your Seller Feedbacks in your Dashboard that we will update once a day only.
To enable all of the features of FeedbackExpress and get new seller feedbacks imported regularly throughout the day it’s important that we get read-only access to the positive feedback report located in your Seller Central account. Giving us read-only access will help us achieve the following:
- Displaying your order and product details for each positive seller feedback received.
- Automatically excluding customers who have already left a positive seller feedback getting a seller feedback request email.
- Being able to send messages specifically to customers who left positive seller feedback.
- Being able to send customised messages to customers who left positive seller feedback.
To grant us that access, you would simply need to go to the bottom right of the Dashboard screen (and click on the 'Set up Positive Feedback Integration' button in green:
