You will have access to support on the right-hand side of your screen, if you simply click on your initials on the very right-hand side of the black top bar, you can then click on Contact Us. Alternatively, you can also click on the orange Intercom button at the bottom right of your eDesk account.
Once you’ve moved to eDesk you’ll be supported by both your existing support team from FeedbackExpress along with a few new faces.
